HOLYLEMON.COM CONTENT SUBMISSION AGREEMENT
ONE TIME CONTENT

This Content Submission Agreement is entered between http://www.holylemon.com ("Holylemon.com") and you concerning the terms for the use of a certain piece of Content ("Content") on the Holylemon website: holylemon.com

1. Grant of Rights: You grant a non-exclusive, and perpetual, worldwide right to the publication of the Content on the Holylemon.com website. This right is limited to the website, and does not grant permission to use the Content in other forms of media including, but not limited to, print, reprint, book, and other electronic media use now known, or hereafter devised. Files for Holylemon.com are held across multiple servers, and permission for this is granted as long as the Content its only publicly displayed on the Holylemon website.
2. Retention of Rights: During the term of agreement (perpetual), you retain all rights except as granted to Holylemon.com in Section 1 above.
3. Fees: Submission of Contents to Holylemon.com is free, and shall always be free unless explicitly stated in amendments to this Agreement. Holylemon.com is under no obligation to publish the works.
4. Acknowledgment: Holylemon.com agrees to acknowledge you as the author of the Content. However, in the event that you do not want your name publish on the website this can be arranged through emailing Holylelmon.com via the forms on the Contact page.
5. Acceptance: Your Content must be delivered complete and in a format that is acceptable to Holylemon.com. Holylemon.com reserves the right to adapt or edit the Content as it deems appropriate. All Content is subject to final acceptance by Holylemon.com.
6. Representation: You represent and warrant to Holylemon.com that: (1) the Content is original and that you are the sole creator of the Content and have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement; (2) the Content does not, and if published will not, infringe upon any copyright, trademark or other right of any third party; and (3) the Content in not inappropriate, which includes, but is not limited to, being of a strongly sexually explicit nature, insighting racial prejudice and containing severely unsuitable language. You agree to cooperate with Holylemon.com in its defence of any action related to the Content. In addition, you agree to indemnify and hold Holylemon.com harmless from any and all claims, losses and expenses that are a result of your breach of the foregoing representations.
7. Assignment: You may not assign any of your rights under this Agreement. Holylemon.com may assign its rights in this Agreement with notice to you.
8. Miscellaneous: You agree that this is the entire Agreement between you and Holylemon.com related to the Content. Holylemon.com reserves the right to modify this agreement, without prior warning, however all such amendments shall be posted on the page. No term of this Agreement shall be waived except by a subsequent writing signed by you and Holylemon.com. Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. By submitting your Content you understand that the Holylemon.com web site contains facts, views, opinions, statements and recommendations of third party individuals and organizations. You further understand that Holylemon.com or any of its affiliates do not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed, uploaded or distributed through the web site. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such opinion, advice, statement or information shall be at your sole risk.
