Why can't I watch the videos?!

If you're having a problem viewing the videos then the first thing you need to do is make sure you have the latest video player and web browser installed on your computer. We suggest Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player.

Click on the links below to download the latest versions of Windows Media Player, QuickTime Player, Macromedia Flash, Internet Explorer or Netscape.


When you install QuickTime, Windows Media Player and Macromedia Flash make sure that you install the browser plugin for your browser. This will let you view videos that are embedded in a web page, such as on this site. Be sure to restart the computer after all the installs have finished!

Why are videos are playing slowly and pausing during playback?

This generally happens because you have a slow internet connection. You can either pay to get a faster internet connection, use a computer which has a fast internet connection, or just wait until the videos have full played through once - then press the play button again.

I've tried all those things but they STILL wont work!
